Upon the completion of a successful internship, I was offered a full-time position as a Technical Analyst at IPC. In this role, I continue to work with the ServiceNow platform, developing and implementing solutions for clients, while contributing to the growth of the company's technical capabilities.

At IPC, I gained hands-on software development experience based around the ServiceNow platform. I worked alongside other interns in an Agile environment to build out a mock implementation, developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations, along with practices like application design, automation, and debugging within an established platform.

I also earned several certifications during the program: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CIS-DF).

Ultimately, the most valuable lessons were about adapting quickly to new technologies, breaking down unfamiliar problems, and contributing effectively as part of a development team.

I was invited back to my previous role due to my experience, previous contributions, and work ethic. Returning gave me the opportunity to build on what I had already learned, with a focus on refining outdated processes and supporting the team through ongoing improvements. One of my main responsibilities was retraining an entire section, helping to reestablish clear workflows and improve day-to-day efficiency. During this time, Wisetek was acquired by Iron Mountain, which brought about structural changes and new expectations across the organization.

I worked closely with teams made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, adapting to different working styles and communication needs. I also played a role in helping the team stay aligned with company quotas and timelines, contributing wherever possible to keep operations moving smoothly.

Selected for the Global Career Accelerator: Coding for Data track. This industry-focused program strengthened my skills in data analysis, particularly with PostgreSQL and Python's Pandas library, earning me the Python Specialist, SQL Specialist, and Intercultural Skills badges. I gained hands-on experience working with datasets from Intel and the Grammys.

I developed a strong skillset in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data. Used Tableau to create compelling dashboards and visual stories, with weekly collaborative challenges and capstone-style projects sharpening both data and communication skills.

Completed an Associate of Science in General Studies with a perfect 4.0 GPA, graduating Summa Cum Laude and earning both the President's List and Dean's List, before transferring to James Madison University. View my full class history or unofficial transcript.

Gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of enterprise hardware: servers, switches, desktops, and laptops. Responsibilities included refurbishing and recycling equipment, testing components like RAM, and ensuring hardware was ready for reuse or proper disposal.

Helped train new team members, creating a basic onboarding routine and becoming a consistent resource for others in my section. Also contributed to refining several workflows that were later adopted more broadly across the warehouse.
